Status on a lead

I have had a few instances that when a customer signs a contract it puts their rental into confirmed, even though they didn’t pay. I don’t want that to happen. A rental can only be confirmed if they paid the deposit. Is there any way to fix this?

Could you send us an example of when this happened? Thanks!

The most recent I took off already. I had a customer want the 18ft Eagle for next Saturday and they signed the contract, but did not pay and it reserved the slide for them. When I was checking the events was when I noticed so I put her back on “Quote”. It also happened for an event this weekend. It was for the Rainbow Double Slide. The lady signed the contract but didn’t pay and it automacally saved the inflatable for her. I actually had her in out delivery route and when I went to verify payment, I noticed she never paid anything. So I emailed her letting her know just incase she was still expecting something. I went and also changed her status to “Quote”. If it happens again, I will make sure to take a screenshot. Additionally. I will now very all my events to date

You have your lead status Contracted reserving inventory and this status is only if customers autobook or sign, you may want to remove the reserve equipment on this status and also remove this status from showing up on your calendar and delivery.
