Automation - Specific Item Email

Gabrielle, I know you helped me set up those automations for the trailers -- however, I was curious If that can be set up for each specific item. For example, I dont need a renter for one trailer to get the codes to both trailers if that makes sense.

Do you mean is a customer is renting multiple they only need to get the code once? Do you have an example or scenario?

Correct, if customer A is renting the car hauler, they get the gate code and the code for the car hauler lock box. Customer B is renting the cargo trailer, they get the gate code and the cargo trailer lock box code. Neither customer would need the lock box code to both trailers only for the one they paid to rent.

Ok I see then we will need to setup a filter by item and an email template for each. I'm going to work on getting this configured and let you know when I'm done.

Alright I have them separated out. How are planning to add the code they will receive? Were you wanting it as a something you can set on the item in inventory and be pulled into a template? OR are you going to directly place it in the email template?

I was going to place it directly into the email template so I can change them every so often
