I need help to see whether I can add additional payment method options to my customer contracts. Preferably, options for "Venmo" and Zelle.

We can add those options but would you send over the info on where they can send payment for those methods? Also please keep in mind these options are not directly integrated with IO and when a customer pays with one of them it will not automatically reflect on the lead and you would need to manually record it on the payment section on the lead.

- Would you be able to create/add a payment method button for me as "Other"

- I can treat Venmo & Cash App as "Cash" so I can avoid the headache of manually recording payments. I was able to note that in my contract, thankfully!

- I would like to have an"Other" button option for unusual payment options, just in case down the road. I can always manually input that when needed.

- I hope that makes sense! :)

What would you like it to say when the customer would choose the “other” option? These would also need to be manually recorded in the payment of the lead itself such as cash or check for example.

For the "other option," I would like to have it say,

"Please coordinate with us on your "Other" preferred payment method so we can process it accordingly."
