Hello, are you able to check our Virginia Beach location. It seems that when people are submitting a quote, they are not getting the automatic quote email and it has our email as sent to. They seem to not get the emails until we manually send them.

I can see that the Recent Quote automated email is active for the Virginia location and is configured to send one day after a quote is submitted. Is this the email you are referring to, or is there another email in question?

If you are referencing a different email, could you please provide the name of the template that is enabled for the Richmond location but not for the Virginia location? At this time, the only automated email I see that sends a quote after submission is the Recent Quote (customer and admin created).


Additionally, I am not seeing any bounced emails for the Virginia location, and your email settings appear to be configured correctly. Could you please provide an example of a lead where the customer did not receive the email?

This is what I'm referring to. When the customer originally enters their quote and selects Get Quote, for Virginia Beach it doesn't look like they are receiving those quotes right away. Only the quotes going out the next day.

The email shown in your screenshot is actually an alert notification sent to you when a customer submits a quote. This is an internal notification and is not sent to the customer.

If you would like to adjust the timing of the customer-facing follow-up email, please navigate to Settings → Email Center and locate the “Recent Quote (customer created)” template. In the top-right corner, you can modify the send interval. Hovering over the question mark icon will provide additional details about when the email is triggered.

Currently, the send interval is set to 1, meaning the email is sent one day after the quote is submitted. You can adjust this to a shorter timeframe (for example, 0.5 for 12 hours).


Please note that this email is only sent if a customer submits a quote but does not complete the booking process (i.e., does not generate a contract or confirm the event). It will not send if the customer proceeds with the auto-booking process.

Ok, thanks. What should we enter if we want the quote automatically sent to the customer immediately after entering the quote from the website?
