We don't have a feature specifically designed for this. The major issue is: what happens if you do 5 of these dates, then the customer wants to cancel a date, or change something. Every company would probably handle this a different way. I would recommend the following if you only want one contract:
Create one main lead for the event.
Create a custom contract for the customer to sign that has all the dates/times and terms of this agreement (The actual lead time could be the first event date/time).
Create several other small leads for the other dates.
When creating them: change the total amount to $0 and change the status to confirmed (you may also want to write in a note on the lead about which lead the signed contract is on).
