How do I setup a leads screen to show certain columns?

I want to see at a glance

The Event Date

The Customer

Whether contract has been signed

How much has been paid so far

What the remaining balance due is

and if there is a balance due yet, click a simple button to automatically send them a reminder text/email

create a report. (Settings>reports) Show those columns. THEN it's not a simple button but it's not much harder. You can create text/email templates to say what you want. When you pull up that report you created on the lead screen, you can check boxes you want to send the template to (templates use variables to pull the relevant information for that lead instead of generic), click the drop down next to "print" and then select 'send email/text'

Good morning Cindy, yes exactly as Chad said. You would need to create a report of what you wanted to see and set it as your default view. We can go over this today in our meeting.
