Does anyone know where to go in the Leads code to change the names of certain info?
I had customers putting "child's birthday party" in the Organization name and that was what was showing up in the calendar as "child's birthday party - Frozen bounce".
So I had IO change what info goes on the calendar from "Organization" to "Name".
Well now I have the contact person's name for a church or a school going into the calendar as the actual name of the renter when in fact it needs to be the Organization.
So I want the term "Customer" to replace the term "Organization" and I want the term "Name" to be "Contact Person" with a quick check box by it to say "click here if the same as Customer".
Then make it so "Customer" is what is showing on the calendar.
For now, I am having to go in and change everybody's info under "Name" unless it is a private person renting. The bulk of our business is schools and churches or businesses so this is a big deal to me.
