Default contract not loading properly

I have the default contract set as "Cust invoice and contract NO DISCOUNT", but it is not coming up right when we create leads - still defaulting to the original 'cust invoice and contract' contract template

When I am creating a lead I am getting the Default contract, "Cust invoice and contract NO DISCOUNT"? Can you please send a screenshot of what your getting?

As I am going through leads and clicking on the contract on the bottom it seems to be taking me to the default contract

Ok, I am putting in a ticket and letting a developer know. It's probably a caching error. I will let you know as soon as I have an update
