Signature at delivery?

On our old paper contract we had two places for the customer to sign. On the back page agreeing they received the contract, read the rules, and want us to book. Then we brought that same contract with us at delivery and had them sign on the front saying we were there and setup their rental. Is there a way to do this with online ordering where you also get a signature at time of delivery?

They can sign a separate document online. It's called signable documents:

That's perfect but how do I have the customer sign that in the presence of the delivery person at time of delivery? I don't want to send it to them before setup and I don't want to send it later as they may never sign it. The way some of my signatures have been populating (just an IP address and a date) I don't think it is wise to have them sign it on the delivery persons phone as then they could claim later that it wasn't them. Not that it makes any difference on a charge back as the credit card company always sides with the customer even when we had a signed upon delivery paper contract and pictures to prove we were there along with mapping from the route that day we lost the claim. but I still want to try and cover our butts if/when this happens again.

We have a QR code on the worker app that the customer scans and signs on their device.
