We got rained out this weekend. I had to replace a bounce house with concessions so i owe them some money. Is there a way to refund them from in IO or does it have to be done in my square account?

You would need to refund through square, and make sure that you reflect on the lead as well.

Under the payment section of the lead you can record a negative payment amount to reflect the refund
