Email Issue: Grant Gmail Permission

I'm running into an issue. I know, I know. If it ain't broke why fix it! My email is running fine on whatever settings it's set to, BUT, if I like trying new things. Since IO makes it possible to connect GMAIL directly to IO, I'd like to use that option. What am I missing here?

I've reset your email preferences now you just need to go in and grant gmail permission. Let us know if you continue to have issues after.

Gabrielle, thank you! I guess I’m a visual learner. I think at this point my only question now is about the SPF record. Is this something we do as individuals through our GMAIL admin page/sections?

Yes the SPF will be corrected in gmail side but we have this guide HERE to help you get it fixed.
