Discounts are automatically being put into contracts but as a negative amount, therefor the total cost is higher than it should be. For example a discount would be entered as -$34.45 and the cost would be higher than it should be

Sorry for the issue with this. It was putting is a $0 tax and a negative discount. We have fixed the bug and adjusted the affected leads so the discount is $0 and the tax is corrected (the total stayed the same as a result).
