Lead status update with workers app?

I want to make it so when my employees are using the app, and they mark an order as loaded, delivered, picked up... etc, for that to correspond to the lead status on the lead, this will allow me to set automations up for email/text to let the customer know that we have picked up their order, or are going to deliver their order...etc.

You wouldn't need to change the lead status to send automations. You could use the field "Lead Loading Status" in a filter to match/trigger the email/text to send. For example something like Lead Loading Status contains Load.
