Hi, Is there any where within the Workers or Workers Site to view Employee Availability & Time off Requests?

I currently receive a email from workers individual(s) when they update availability in a list form. This is helpful but I have not seen this list showing within the individual workers profile(s).

Currently it seems that the only way you can tell an employee is available is when you assign a shift, select location, select position, then the list generates whom is available in green?? (Not sure I know these properly) Red is unavailable(either another shift or blocked), *star with red means ??


Also, I have assigned staff to earlier shift time at one event site, plenty of time for a secondary shift, it will show that person in red. Mostly driver crew for noticing this, could the delivery shifts built in logistics cancel out other availability within the Lead - shifts??

How do I approve or deny time off requests?

Is there a way employees can notate a reason for time off requests? Even if we set up a drop down of custom choices (i.e. personal, partial, holiday, sports, ect)

In the workers app a worker can currently request time off...then when you go to add them to a shift if they already asked for that time off their name will show in red. Unfortunately, it doesn't give them the opportunity to give a reason for the request at this time. At this time, if you allow them permission to request time off in the workers app they don't need approval to request time off.

Another option is to just assign them to a shift and not send out the "acceptance" of the shift? Have the shift assigned and if they want to request off after the fact you have to reschedule it?
