Damage Waiver Not Showing on Quote

Solved

I believe I have the damage waiver settings correct but when I click the box it doesn't add the fee to the quote. I have it set to 10% and automatically checked by default but optional.

I made an adjustment to the damage waiver filter and it appears the fee is now working properly. Please take a look!
