I have the high wind alert going out to a customer the is confirmed for an event that is 2 months from now. Is there a way to figure out why this is happening and fix it?

What is the lead ID.

I went back and checked the log and it looks like the alert is going out for their completed rental from last year. Lead #39645973.

I have a developer looking into this, I will let you know what happened as soon as I hear back.

Per Developer:

The issue is that this lead was previously scheduled via Delivery Planner. When this occurs, we set override setup & tear down times on the lead. When they advanced the Event Time, the setup time remained in April 2025 while the tear down time changed to May 2026. This would’ve been evident from the Timeline where they made this change:

Because of this, the Weather system began thinking this lead was “live” and ongoing, as March 2026 exists within this timeframe.

Is this because the event was copied to create a new one for this year? Also, I have wind advisory’s going out to customers that are only renting tables and chairs but I never put in a value for wind speeds on those. Is there a way to stop these alerts?

This was because of the set up time remained in April of 2025 and the tear down time was changed to May 2026.
