Shifts being deleted on New Route Planner

Kelsey Asbell was scheduled for shifts this week last Monday. Yesterday her monday and friday time were there but Tuesday-Thurs disappeard. So we put Tuesday and Thursday back in yesterday afternoon and they disappeared with Mondays (any that are there now have been added again). Yesterday morning, we added her schedule for all of the week of the 6th. That afternoon Tuesday-Thurs were gone. We added them back in and this morning, Tues-Thurs are gone again.
We are scheduling her on the meeting "vehicle" without a lead present. The absense of a lead may be the problem.

I was adding Kelsey’s schedule back into this week. I entered her hours for Monday through Thursday, then duplicated Thursday’s shift and updated it to Friday’s date. After saving, I switched to view Friday’s schedule and her shift was missing. When I went back to check the rest of the schedule I had just entered for the week, all of it had disappeared.
