I was fixing my leads page, and can’t help but notice that Marketing ninja has their leads in bold. So they stick out more to me. Is there anyway to make the CONFIRMED leads bold? Those are the ones I want to see more bold

Leads displayed as bold mean that they are unread or unopened. Once the lead has been opened it should no longer show in bold text.
