It would be awesome if the worker profile log was a central location to see all the activities performed by a worker on leads, customers, etc.

Same info as on the lead but worker specific in the worker profile.

I think that exists on the worker log if you look at their profile.

It does not. It shows when changes are made to the workers profile and who made it. I.E. Adding/deleting permissions, Adding/deleteing Reports, Etc.
