Adding drop down in the Product Description of each item

Is there any way to put an accordion or drop down menu in each item under the “product description” box? Like the drop down menu WITHIN the “product description” not under. Ultimately I would like to put the “accessories” within the “product description” box not at the bottom of the page. Is this possible?
