need help getting my inventory section of my website back the way it was

i tried to update the wording in my inventory section for my bounce house and slide section. I ended up deleting the slide section.

Hi Jen, this is my first chance to respond to you. So I see everything has been put back the way it was before I messed it up.
I was trying to update the statement above the bounce house that says "you can also purchase combo bouncers that include a slide or basketball hoop constructed inside." I do not have that type of bounce house yet so I want to remove that statement.
I was also trying to edit a statement under the water rides for rent. The statement that says Get wet and have fun with these fun rental water slides as well as water bounce houses. I want to remove "as well as water bounce houses". I dont have that in my inventory

Im also trying to lighten up the back ground a bit so I can see the print better. In other areas I made the print darker but Im afraid to mess with this section since a created that last mess.

when you choose inventory from my main page it shows Bounce Houses and Water Slides and then there is a statement below that. After the statement the is a long scroll down that is blank with the exception of P> running down the left side.
can we get rid of that space? Also can we make the statement a dark black print so it's easier to read?
The next thing I would like to change is on the page after you select Bounce House from the inventory. I would like to replace the statement above the picture of the bounce house to read "A bounce house brings instant excitement to any backyard celebration, turning a simple gathering into something unforgettable. I would like to lighten up the color of the back ground and make all the text a dark black so it can be easily read.
The last change would be when you click on waterslide from the inventory. In the paragraph below the waterslide picture I would like to remove "There are numerous choices for small and large water slides. Make sure to pick the appropriate on for your children's age and number of guests."
I would like to lighten up the background for this section as well and make the text dark black.

Per Developer:
I did this for them. The text is determined by the category descriptions. So that is where I changed that. I changed styling to make the text black on the category pages. I did not add a background for the text because I Couldn’t make it look good.
