No autobooking on website only quote?

When I go to my website to test pricing and make sure all buttons are working or to do a demo, when I add items to my cart and go to click check out, it will ask for all the regular info ( who, what, when, where) but once I get to the end when I would be ready to check out I can only get a quote. I am not able to auto book online, I am sure I have setting that is off. But when I submit it tells me that I have entered an invalid link. It will then push a quote to the IO event/leads page and an additional "Partial" lead to the IO leads page and the partial is always for $25 ? This also has me stumped.

Good morning, your distance range in your Distance Charges is stopping anyone that is not within the 10 mile range from autobooking. I have updated your Quote Confirm page yours was out of date. You can change your distance by going to Settings-->Distance Charges.

I have unselected distance at the top of the page, and it still is only allowing quotes and not an auto book/checkout?

and it is sending a duplicate lead through to IO leads page one as a quote and one as a partial - if you go to my account I did one under my name (Lauren for the 3/28/26 date) as a test
