We have a delivery labor fee of 15% on the subtotal of all delivery orders .
We are changing that to 25%
How do I keep the leads that booked prior to this change at 15% ? When we go to change qty of their chairs based on their rsvp a month from now it is going to try and apply 25% delivery labor to their new subtotal.

Oh ok nvm I thought we had this issue when we went from 10% to 15% but I tested and it looks to be holding 15% on previously booked leads. Thanks

Actually on the test lead it is now prompting to change to the new rate. At first when I changed the qty of chairs it was prompting to change the labor by the correct amount, but now it is trying to change the entire subtotal to 25%.
Is there a way to lock a fee by book date? Then make a new fee for all book dates 3/5/26 on?

Yes but If we need to make changes on the lead it will require manually calculating the correct rate, there will be errors this way.

I have created a work around and created a new fee for this and adjusted the old one. Please let me know if this will work for you.

This is based off of event date though, same issue. I need a way to base it off of book date.
