menu is missing

Need Answer

We have been having issues without website and created a ticket, but it looks like no one is giving us any feedback nor looking at the ticket.

for now, can you please help us get our menu back it been missing for a while. please reach out to the person working on our other ticket just in case they are doing something to the website.


please keep us updated for both tickets.

Do you mean this ticket?

Is someone working on our website for the last week? plugins were deactivated and again they are activated and we don't have the website menu on desktop or mobile? Can someone keep up updated?

Our web developers have been assigned this and should get back to you. During our busy time of year you may not get an immediate response. I will have someone take a look asap

our last ticket has other comments that need to be addressed. That was just one comment.


Didn't want to overwhelm you with other tickets. But we are forced to open another ticket because no one is keeping us updated. its clear there is someone working on our website and isn't checking if the menu was back or not.
