hello! I have a quick question. For some reason whenever a customer checks out for a one day rental it charges an extra 50. How can I fix this?

Do you have a lead # where this has happened?

Lead number #58482565 . I was also able to try it myself and it did do the same with me. Also with that lead number it didn’t add the total amount of distance charges. How can I change that. I did go on my settings awhile ago and change that but I’m not seeing it on contacts.

You have your pricing set up for 6 hrs on the dunk tank (pink) this lead is a 8hr total so it's charging the 24 hr price, and I tested using this address and was able to get a distance charge.

So the customer did state that they were able to see the distant charge on there end but I couldn’t see it on my end once I plugged in everything including address. How can I change the 6hr rental for a one day rental till 7pm. After 7pm we will be charging a 50 dollars fee for over night stay.

You would need to change this in your pricing on your Inventory Items.
