is there a way i can get IO to generate a contract but the unit be available until the contract is signed. iv been getting a good bit of customers agreeing to rent from me but refusing to sign the agreeements. i tell them the unit is still available for rent until they sign and pay the deposit but in fact its not because its unavailable on my website.

Currently your Contracted status will reserve the equipment. We can adjust the status settings so the equipment will not be reserved until the lead is in Confirmed status.
Per the current status settings, a lead will go into Confirmed status once at least the deposit is paid and the contract is signed.
