Solved

I'm working on using the waiver system for an inspection report. However, when adding Yes/No and/or Check Box the data is being stripped after signing.

How can I work around this?

What is the waiver template name? Are you adding the yes/no or checkbox via an optional field?

We're currently using survey's to do installation and removal reports. Then we have AI analyze the lead and fill in fields for us.

It appears the signable waivers cannot have yes/no questions or checkbox similar to the contract template. This document is just for signing.

As Chad suggested, you may want to use surveys to have these questions answered.

Bummer. Surveys are to clunky and time consuming to build out for true inspection reports.

You could use the signable waiver and survey in an email template to send to the customer so you have both questions answered and the customer signature by providing the link to both the survey and waiver link within the email template.
