Hi IO Team,

I’m trying to understand where customers are still accessing our internal survey link. I replaced all survey links with our Google review links, but we continue to receive responses through the old internal survey.

Can you check if this survey link is still active anywhere else, such as in another workflow, automated message, or internal system, besides the customer email? I want to confirm whether there’s another path customers are using or if there’s an additional link I may have missed.

Disregard, I found out what's happening. I wasn't aware that if a customer clicks on 4 stars or below, it sends them to the internal survey link.
