I am trying to connect to my NEO email address. This is the error code I receive. Error: Check your SMTP settings. Error details: Failed to connect to Imap:587 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo for Imap failed: Temporary failure in name resolution (code: -1, response: )]

I think I've got the correct SMTP settings entered. You'll still need to add your password to the email preferences. Settings > Email Preferences.
