Sending invoices in PDF form

I was able to send invoices in PDF form but suddenly I am unable to? When I enter send email in PDF form this pops up "Invoice_current_url_pdf_dl" but the customer is unable to see any PDF version?

I adjusted the variable being used in the email template see if that's better now.

From within a lead, when you send an email, you can choose to attach files. Of the options, I believe Invoice is one of them. It will attach a pdf of the invoice without having to use a download link.
