resetting password not working

I am trying to reset my workers password but every time I put in the new code is does not work. Can you help me please.

It is best to copy the password from your email and paste it in to make sure no mistakes are made.
I tested and verified the password reset for worker accounts is working correctly. I would suggest trying it again or contacting your manager to have them set it for you.
