Is there anyway to use the lead weight to calculate delivery fees or add a new delivery surcharge fee?

I am looking to have our delivery fees auto calculate. We manually calculate delivery fees for most of our larger orders.
For example it would be great if the lead weight was over 5600lbs the base distance charge for that zip code doubles, then over 10,000lbs it triples.

I also noticed that on the lead below the distance charge did not prompt to double even though additional vehicle is selected in the advanced settings on the tent that is on this quote.

I’ve tested out the weight and think we should be able to create a filter that can trigger a fee for sure but still seeing if I can get it to double the distance charge.
I’m checking with developers on the separate vehicle question.

I know the separate vehicle option should work because I used to have that selected on our restroom trailers and it would increase the delivery fee.

Any update on this? I am not seeing the additional vehicle making any change to the distacne charge on my items but it does on vendor items (restrooms).

Since the lead in question only has 1 item it's not doubling the distance. Developers advised an added accessory that is set to Separate Vehicle could be added to the item and having that as well as the main item will make the lead count as having 2 vehicles.

Ok that is no problem, almost every instance will have more than 1 item.

I can get the filter to work and match leads accurately but for the fee part of it cannot make it double the distance charge. We can make it a separate fee and calculate a flat rate or percentage. For filter I'm using for example:
