Sent email not in crm

I sent an email from the lead on lead 57294367. It shows in the log but not the CRM. Should it not show there too?

No. In the log is a manual email I sent on Feb 14th at 8:36am. I sent it from within the lead. It's showing in the log but not in the CRM. Well it is now but didn't when I initially made the request
