leads not showing up

All of my leads use to show up and I could scroll through them. Now none of them show up. If someone submits a quote it goes to my email and I can get to it through there, but I can't find them on my IO software like I use too. It's actually been this way for awhile, but I just haven't gotten around to fixing it.
