I don't get it. I'm logged in as my worker Nick and I don't see shifts available to pickup. When I click worker site on the app it says log in and password isn't right. I tried the same from my profile and still happening. Are workers not able to pickup shifts from the app?
I also logged in from desktop as my helper Nick. and it shows blue available shifts, but they say he doesn't have permission. I don't see where that setting is. I put that he can pick up shift up to 4 weeks.

If you are logged into IO on your browser in the admin account go to Logistics-->Workers Site and send them the link you are sent to. It will prompt them to make a log in which will then add their info into a worker account!

am i doing this right ? I set the time for pickup twice for two people driver and helper. and then made another time for pickup next day driver and helper? so helpers can pickup drio off shift and also pickup if the wanted to? just wanna make sure this is where i do it inside the order for each customer

Ok I found where I can turn on him being able to pick up shifts. but still can't log into the worker site from app.
