How do I migrate leads from a spreadsheet over to the CRM
Hi Elishama,
You’ll need to export the spreadsheet as a CSV file. Once you have the CSV, you can import it into Inflatable Office by navigating to Settings → Import Files, then selecting Add Import. Choose Lead as the import type and upload the CSV file.
Once the import is complete, the leads will appear on your Leads/Events page in Inflatable Office.
