How do I charge an upcharge or fee for bookings for less than 24 hrs or less than 48 hrs?

create a filter that says lead create date/time is less than XX hours
Then settings>Promo/Fee>add new. Change the type to Fee. Add a name (this will be on the contract/invoice). Then use the new filter you created as the requirement. then set the fee you'd like to charge.
