Lead 56927035 didn't send over the Inflatable Easter Maze item with price to qbo so the qbo invoice doesn't show it. Causing a tax/income discrepancy.

Were you able to verify mapping in QBO?

What does that mean?

Just checking to see that the item is showing as a product/service in QBO...has valid income account and tax setting?

From dev:

See if in QuickBooks they are able to re-activate this income account Rental Income:Rental Items. Should be possible via Including Inactive entries in the Chart of Accounts on QuickBooks. After they I can resync or they can go to the lead and just save it which should also trigger a resync.

I just finished that. Triggered the resync, that item is still not in QBO. It's not listed as a product/service or in the invoice.

No, it's not in QBO at all.

Ok, I got it to sync by manually adding the qbo account on the item settings. However, it synced in as "non-taxable." Even though all the settings say "taxable."

I've attached all the pics associated with taxing this item. I've asked about this before and I'm always told that the default is taxable, however, this is a VERY common case and ends up causing a lot of tax discrepencies in my account.
