Under $125 fee not operating properly

Hey guys — I think I’ve misconfigured something and can’t figure out where I broke it.

Right now, every single order is being hit with a flat $35 delivery fee, regardless of order total. Customers spending $20 or $600 are all seeing the same $35 charge.

Here’s what I intend to have happen:

•0–14/15 miles: free delivery

•Beyond that: $2.50 per mile (distance-based fee is already set up)

•Orders under $125: apply a $35 fee

•Orders $125+: no flat fee (unless distance applies)

Somehow the $35 fee is applying globally to all orders, and I can’t tell if it’s coming from a mandatory fee, accessory rule, or delivery setting.

Could someone take a quick look at our IO setup and help identify where this is being triggered and how to scope it correctly to only orders under $125?

Appreciate it — I know it’s something small, I just can’t see it anymore.

You have a delivery fee set up for the delivery method Tables and Chairs

Now that I’ve removed it, I’m running into a slightly different issue. As mentioned before, I’d like to apply a blanket $35 fee to all orders under $125, but once that threshold is reached, I want the system to automatically remove the $35 fee when the cart total exceeds $125. If you have a look at the Fee I've applied (I've also created a filter; the next image), you can see what I've done. Maybe the filter is wrong?

Thanks to IO tech support - You've helped me to discover my issue and resolve it quickly. Thank you so much! In my filter, I had the Filter Type set to Pricing when it should have been set to Lead. All is well again.
