Could you send a screenshot of what you are seeing when attempting to add items to a lead?

I'm having problems with the screenshot, but I found out that our inventory is over the limit. I tried deactivating some old items that we no longer have or use, but that didn't fix the issue. How can I get us back under the limit so all of our inventory is accessible to add to a lead?

You will need to be at or below the 100 that you are allowed.
