How to set emails to not go to certain rental items.

I am looking to have the system not send emails such as "To contact Diggers Hotline" if the rental is for items that are not staked down. LIke tables and chairs. But I still need it to go out, if the rental has a tent but also tables and chairs.

To do this you will need to create a filter stating "Lead Rentlas Name includes (product name)" and attach that filter to the email. To do this go to Settings-->Filters-->Select "Add Filter". The field name will be "Lead Rental Names contain..." with the value being the name of the rental item that should be excluded. If there are multiple items that should be excluded, make sure you change the "And" to " Or" on each row created as shown in my screenshot below.
Once this filter is created, go to Settings-->Email Cetner-->Open the email you are referring to. Go to the restrictions section (under the email body) and set the restriction to "Don't Send To" and select the filter you created as shown below.
