Add (optional?) Duplicate Button to Accessories in Lead View

I would love to be able to duplicate accesory items under a main item. Primary use would be this example:

3 Day Event with Staff as an accesory.
Staff will work Noon to 8pm each day
Primary Unit: Obstacle with two Operators.

Here's what I would LOOOOOVE to be able to do:

Extra credit if the accesory has a checkbox : "Allow Duplicates on Lead?". If not checked, no button. If checked, then 2cabbf56eb1f9cbd6bcb89265a61e3eb button shows up!

Oh, clarification on pricing: The Obstacle in the above example is:
