Is it possible to allow us to set the email unsubscribe on a customer profile in automations?


Ideally, I would have an automation that would check the CRM or email log for a specific email and unsubscribe them.


Currently Aai analyze allows us to use all lead data in a lead. This allows me to specify info on the CRM or log tabs. It would be great to get that same thing but AI analyze uses all customer data. Then we could have it check the CRM for a bounce back email and set the email unsubscribe if we get one.

I have your request in with developers for further review and will advise when we have an update.

We already monitor bounce backs and delivery failures. After a certain number, maybe 5, we unsubscribe the email. You wouldn’t want to do it from one bounce back.
