Why isn't my new email Description showing?

I made a new active email in my email center and am looking to send Holiday emails to a particular area, however when i go into my email list after clicking all the recipients in that area, it's not giving me the option of selecting that email template. Why is that?

I made a new email template and it is showing a it should now. Let us know if you have issues going forward.

Thank you. I’m now going thru my contacts, selecting all contacts that had events in the “Antioch” area, and attempting to send them all the “Holiday booking” template, however I keep getting an error message like such…


Please advise on what I’m doing wrong?

Could you try testing it with one or 2 leads selected and see if you get the same error? I'm thinking there may be a bad email in the batch. Let me know if works or not.
