Hello,


I have a couple auto email versions based on the types of services/rentals being booked. I have the general filter and automation for tagging the type of rental (not considering lead status). I am using these filters to restrict to auto emails. Will this override the default 0d since quote or keep the email from sending if I haven’t included the lead status in the filter?


Also, if a lead auto books but never signs the contract or pays the deposit, I’ve noticed that they don’t get the auto email for their quote (this was prior to me adding the different email templates and filters).


Can someone please advise?

Your 0d quote email will need to have a send time of at least .10 days in order for the email to successfully send. The filters shouldn't override the email's built in filter.


Do you have a lead example where a customer did not receive a reminder email? The Customer - Event Reminder email will notify the customer a balance is due x days before the event. There is also a Customer - Contract Reminder that will remind them x days after the contract was initially sent to sign.
