google review star rating not functioning correctly

Hello. Our customers have been trying to fill out the star rating on us from an email iO sends out, but even after clicking all 5 stars within the email plugin, the website opens with a 1 star rating, (asking why the event went wrong (not the case at all!). This is a new thing that never used to happen before. Can you please help me look into this?
The email template this is from is saved in iO email center and is titled "Customer - Thank You" and exists for all of our warehouse locations. The one where this issue got flagged to us was for the location called "events"

I am sorry after doing some more testing, it does look like this is working correctly based off your review settings in general preferences. 1-3 start ratings will go to IO and 4-5 star rating will send customers to Google to leave a review. Do you have any examples of where a customer clicked 4-5 stars and was taken to IO?
