Having trouble with packages

I created a package which includes 4 items for a set price using Advanced Rules. However, I cannot seem to find documentation showing me - other than using the link from the settings page - how to quickly select this package when placing an order for a customer. My goal was to create a package so our phone staff could choose just one rental ( the package) which would take all 4 items out of inventory. Where do I need to go to get this to show up on our quote page and our admin quote/lead edit page?

On our new customer pages, we display "Packages" as a category. The individual pages are listed similar to rental items. This doesn't work on our older customer pages or on the back end when creating a lead (yet).
