How do you link additional details in the generic contact form?
This would be the -
Start Date and End Date
Address, City, State, Zip (Use as event or client)
Don't know if I need to call them different in the fields or where to turn.
Plus, could you have them select "RENTAL CATEGORIES" they are interested in.
Example, We have a Category, Portable Restrooms, Chairs, Tables, and etc. Can they select one or all?

Here is our knowledge base guide/video on creating leads with elementor forms, which will show you how to connect these lead-related fields. Rental Category probably will not work in a form, but you could create an optional field with those selections (ie are you interested in: chairs&tables, portable restrooms, etc.).
