Lowering inventory subscription

We lost a unit and now only have 10, down from 11. How do I lower my subscription since I don't need the level that allows for 35 units?

Hey Sara have you removed the item from your plan yet? Is this a seasonal decision to remove the item or were you planning on sticking with the 10 item plan for the foreseeable future.

Just wanted to clarify, so there isn't any confusion.

The 10-item plan is a special starter offer for new businesses beginning with our offerings. Because your account has already been on a paid 35-item plan, that option isn’t available. The lowest plan available to you is the 35-item plan. You can add or remove items and switch among the standard paid plans anytime to match your needs, but currently, you are on the lowest option possible for your account.
