How to add documents to Packing Lists?

We are trying to update our packing list to add an updated incident report. Whenever I add it by cutting and pasting it changes the format of all pages of the packing list making the text small..

If you use "CTRL+SHIFT+V" this should allow you to paste the text without formatting and then you can edit the text on the template once pasted.

If you'd like to keep a digital report, you could create one in Google forms and then add a qr code to each lead.
Pro tip: use IO's surveys to create reports then use qr codes to access per lead. This puts the reports on each lead in the survey section. You can then use a variable to put the responses in an email that sends automatically or even on the lead hover pop up.

It looks like you have the rest of your documents on this PL saved as a jpeg. You would want to convert this document and then add it that way

I tried saving as a jpeg and adding. Tim created this load list for us when we signed up. I do not know how exactly it was done.

If you want to display the same as your other documents attached to this PL then I recommend sending us the jpeg and we can add for you. Otherwise you would need to copy/paste from the pdf and you would have to edit from there
